To all former members: We've migrated onto a brand new server with multiple fast processors, more memory, bigger discs, etc. During the change from the old server we discovered why the old site performed so badly. There were critical errors in the database that drove the old site. After some careful consideration we decided that the old site was dated, and recovering it would be far too much work for the people who donate their time to keep this place running. With that said, we went off, bought a copy of vBulletin installed it and we are starting from scratch. Unfortunately this means you'll have to create a new user account.
